Tim and Jenny run one of the best businesses I have ever had the pleasure of going to We have such great laughs together while my nails are being done and I have Never been disappointed with their service I wouldnt even think about going to another salon They are fantastic and highly value their customer relationships I couldnt recommend them higher I have been going to their salon for the last months and wont look back
I booked an appointment two days in advance specifically for a manicure with builder gel When I arrived they didnt do any cuticle work and only applied the builder gel When I asked about the manicure I had booked I was told they didnt have time for it When I explained that this was the service I had scheduled the staff member was rude and told me to go back to where I did my nails before I left disappointed with both the service and the attitude If a salon cant provide the service that was booked they should communicate clearly instead of dismissing clients
