hi i got my nails done here and they were very pretty but they kept on chipping off the Actual nails and also the paint the gel that I got on them it became brown at the endand also one of the nails fell off and my nail is very very Fragile and also very easy to Break had to pay
Made appt for am for soak off and new set Staff arrived at min late
I ask is it possible to get basic pedicure done there is staff working and client
They decide to start with pedicure and I explain it have work
Pedicure rush min done
Nails soaking just under an hour not ok
New tips applied cut too short they know my normal length
Left to soak off tip min again
After nearly hrs I have a pedicure and no nails
Its not about just money look after your clients who book and help you Not just walk ins
Then still charge if you cared or valued your clients you would of done my nails as booked and maybe offer a discount on pedicure
