I do not recommend Lasted not even hrs before a nail popped off is pretty generous for this business I called to make an appointment a day in advance and still waited minutes as the only employee was accepting walk ins right on my appointment time No point of booking an appointment Absolutely no nail prep during the process No cuticles cut No nail beds pushed back No primer No nail dehydrator No oil or finger soaks No cleaning Nothing Never have I experienced that at any salon for a full set of acrylics Very poor shape I asked for square and the result were borderline duck nails Nails were only half cured under the UV light and the results were lumpy and thick A very rushed job Dont waste your money Sad to see after the repetitive feedback and poor reviews nothing has improved Awaiting the automated response

Had a pedicure and a hair spa Pedi was great as usual They last me up to weeks and hair spa was just so relaxing I almost fell asleep Great service They only downside is that the owners dont speak a lot of English

Stopped here this arvo on my way to Geelong after reading the reviews wanted to see how bad it really was The facilities are quite dated so it doesnt feel super modern but chairs are comfy Asked for a simple manicure and plain polish as I wanted to remove after the weekend as it was only for a wedding tomorrow and I cant paint my nails myself They only trimmed my nails and cleaned underneath some were quite short anyway but no cuticle push backtrim so they dont look as nice as they could Staff were talking in their language and kept mentioning about my choice of plain polish as they first couldnt find the tub of plain examples since no one uses them The customer next to me asked them about it as she too just wanted a plain one instead of shellac and the lady said no one uses them because they can get them themselves at the shop so not worth it and kept talking it down Not really ideal when thats what I chose Wasnt terrible but I wont be stopping in again on my travels
