I dont like usually calling out other businesses but as someone that doesnt have a lot of money to treat myself to self care I believe this needs to be said So a couple weeks ago I had my nails done here at first all was fine until the lady that was originally working on my nails switched and had a male finish them instead This wouldnt have been an issue if he had of sticked with the design I picked After paying on SNS within not even hours after leaving my ring finger nail decided to just fall off Lack of glue Maybe shaving the nail down to the original nail Possibly I wasnt impressed after this and even though I proved myself they didnt offer any compensation or to even repair it He also grinded the inner nail so much it was bumpy catching on everything clothing gross You can even see the fade

I had terrible experience rude and not honest I had show the price as they were gonna charge me more The lady who did my nails was rude I am not happy with how they look There not properly The nailpolish was separating and leave bubbles on my actual nail I also got burn when she did my nails I am not happy and will not come back

Brilliant SNS French manicure I am very pleased Friendly and efficient service I do wish nail technicians wouldnt just say a minute wait when instead they mean more than half an hour People are busy and have things to do Transparency is important so that people can manage their day
