I visited the hair salon on a Tuesday My husband gets his haircuts here and has had a good experience When we arrived I noticed the lady thats usually there on Saturdays was not It was a new hairdresser for us but I trusted in her ability I usually get my hair done at TAFE cause broke student needs to save money However this Tuesday I was feeling blue and wanted to treat myself and feel special so I convinced my husband to go there I was very detailed with the haircut I was after I wanted a nice bob that would frame my face and that would look soft and light I even shared with her feedback Ive gotten from previous hairdressers For example Ive been told my hair is a bit challenging because its wavy After I shared all my concerns she told me it was all good and that it depends on the hairdressers skills and that she was comfortable working on my hair I really wish she had refused cutting my hair Half way through the cut I noticed things were going south I decided to trust the process and just shut my eyes to avoid crying Pricewise the salon has signs advertising female haircuts are including wash and blowdry She did not wash my hair which I was fine with since I thought I was saving a few dollars She blowdried the water she sprayed on my hair and that was pretty much it No products or heat protection was applied When she finished cutting and styling I asked her very kindly about the hair not looking even She told me that the reason was that it was straight and it was gonna fix itself later I was feeling very emotional so I asked my husband to just pay and get home asap so I could cry I didnt even hear the number she charged until I got home She charged me which included a student discount I now need to book another appointment to fix the cut with the little hair I have left I will have to visit a highend hair salon since cant think of where to go to fix my hair I now need to pay for a service I shouldnt have needed I dont want to provide feedback for the other ladies that work here cause Ive seen good work been done here but the lady that butchered my hair should refrain from providing services to people that are after femalelong haircuts I am attaching a picture of the haircut I asked her for and a picture of what I got I showed her the video even

Came in at the end of the day and had a very specific idea of what I wanted high layers face framing feathered fringebangs and the lady hosting me definitely delivered I was also expecting a price closer to due to the time specifics and length of my hair but the cut was only So happy I stopped in Great communication and great service

For context I have thick wavy hair and have generally found it very difficult to find barbers that can cut my hair well This is probably the only place in Adelaide that has been able to cut my hair well and most importantly they were consistent Wound recommend
